The Fish Fry is not a restaurant but an event which is very popular among locals and tourists. It happens every Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. It is easily the best place to learn about and experience local culture.

Local vendors and entertainers gather to show not only the best food on the island but also cultural acts, and everything ends with a large party on the beach, under the night sky, around a bonfire.
